    I was a skeptical ... I am 52 years old, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 229 lbs, and tried a number of mouth pieces, nose strips - some helped a little but not enough. I have deviated septum and it is really difficult to find a solution, I do not want to do a surgery. I can tell you that this is my 3rd week and my phone graph is showing definite improvement. I mean I can feel better but being able to check it on my phone, I know it's not just wishful thinking... You can also adjust and see if the stronger setting works better for you, but I like the default one the best.
